Training
Training is run by the club.s two Level 2 qualified coaches, Ben Scanlan and Fred Pentecost. Sessions are held on Tuesday nights, and at times during the season on Thursday nights. Training begins at 7.30pm at Springhill Park, and players are asked to arrive ten-fifteen minutes early to make sure they are changed and ready to go on time. The below outlines what the coaching staff at the club expect at training:

With between 90 - 120 minutes available for training to practice:
Handling, speed, timing, scrummaging, the line out, attacking moves, defensive organisation etc.
Training must be undertaken with a positive attitude aiming to be error free, with an intensity that matches or exceeds that of the game itself.
